Blind Box Returns

No returns on opened blind boxes. Due to the nature of blind box collectibles, once the seal is broken and the box is opened, we cannot accept returns or exchanges. This policy ensures the integrity of the blind box experience for all collectors.

Unopened Items

We accept returns on unopened, sealed blind boxes within 7 days of delivery, provided:

  • The item remains in its original sealed condition
  • All original packaging is intact
  • You have proof of purchase

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, we will provide a full refund or replacement, even if the box has been opened. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with:

  • Photos of the damaged item and packaging
  • Your order number
  • Description of the issue

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return for an unopened item or report a damaged product, please use our Contact Form. We'll respond within 1-2 business days with instructions.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened blind boxes
  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling
  • Items returned after 14 days
