Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy for unopened, sealed items only, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

No returns on opened blind boxes. Once the seal is broken, we cannot accept returns or exchanges. This protects the integrity of the blind box experience for all collectors.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unopened and in its original sealed condition
  • In its original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

To start a return, please contact us via our Contact Form. We'll respond within 1-2 business days with instructions. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged, so that we can make it right. Damaged or defective items will receive a full refund or replacement, even if opened.

Exchanges The fastest way to get what you want is to return the unopened item and, once accepted, make a separate purchase.

Refunds We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return. If approved, you'll be refunded to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
